SyrupGuard Gen3 BR
With the new SyrupGuard Gen3 BR (BR = Batch Release) up to 20 syrup batch tanks can be analyzed fully automatically directly in the syrup room. After measuring all relevant ingredients (caffeine, total acidity, sweeteners, B vitamins, etc.) the batch tank is automatically approved so the syrup can be sent straight to bottling without manual lab approval. This saves time, reduces costs and increases process reliability.
SyrupGuard: Huge cost savings with automated syrup analysis:
The "SyrupGuard Gen3 BR" from DAUSCH eliminates the time-consuming process of checking and waiting for lab results to confirm whether all key ingredients are present in the finished syrup at the exact specified concentrations: caffeine, total acidity, base materials, flavors, sweeteners, B vitamins, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, quinine, near water flavors, or even the preservative "Nagardo" from Lanxess. "SyrupGuard Gen3 BR" takes a tiny sample of the syrup mixed in the batch tank, analyzes it at the molecular level in seconds - even ingredients that are barely detectable manually in the lab - and releases the corresponding tanks for mixing and bottling. Afterwards, all the equipment is perfectly cleaned with water and is ready for checking the next batch tank. By default, the system is automatically cleaned with CIP once a week. Specially developed double-seat micro valves are used. All measurement results are professionally stored and displayed via the web-based Q-Dashboard: smartphone, tablet or large screens.
