Prior to the production of a new active ingredient (B) in a pharmaceutical production unit any residue of the active ingredient produced immediately before (A) has to be removed from the unit. Even the smallest traces of the active ingredient (A) have to be proved by analytical methods whereby currently used methods usually take a whole day.

With CleanGuard R1 this analytical evidence can be provided in just one minute resulting in a 25%-reduced time frame of the complete cleaning procedure which will lead to high savings. Another great advantage is the higher availability of the production unit due to this reduced time frame.
